Instructions for use of Yichen electronic mosquito lamp:
1. When using this lamp in the bedroom, please turn it on in advance (at least 3 hours), and do not turn it on until sleeping.
2. Please use it continuously for 3 to 5 days for the first time, and close the doors and windows during the day to keep the environment dark
3. First put it in the bedroom to kill mosquitoes, and then move it to the living room, bathroom, kitchen and other places to kill mosquitoes when sleeping (because there are many mosquitoes in these places).
4. In order to prevent mosquitoes from flying into the bedroom, try to place the mosquito lamp at a place about 1 meter above the ground. Do not turn on other lights in the bedroom, and open the doors and windows for use. Do not put it on the air conditioner or fan outlet.
5. When using this lamp, please turn off all other lights to ensure that the mosquito lamp light is the only light source.
6. Clean the mosquito lamp regularly, and use the brush configured by the product to clean the internal electric shock net through the black net cover of the mosquito lamp.
7. High voltage hazard, do not touch the inside of the appliance!
8. Children are not allowed to operate!

You could pay it via our company bank account for large order and Paypal or West Union for small order or sample charges.

5. How to control the quality?
Our QC will do the in-line and final inspection for each product according to the AQL standard. The defective products will be sorted out, then send you a detailed inspection report for approval before the shipping.
6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
For big quantity order, we suggest ship it by sea around 30 days and by air around 7 days. We usually send the small order or sample by courier, like DHL,TNT, UPS or FedEx with 3-5 days to arrive.
7. How to deal with the faulty?
1>Our defective rate will be less than 3‰ since all items are produced in a very strict production control system.
2>For defective products, we will send you new ones or discussed between you and our company.
