2.  Can we have a sample before we place an order?
Yes, you can get a sample which can be free for you if the sample is available from our stock. The sample cost will be charged you if you need the customized logo or design. All samples will be sent to you by courier, but the courier fee must be paid by you.

3.  How about the time for the sample and mass production?
For stock sample, it will be ready to send within 2 days. We need 7 days for a customized sample with available mould. It will be more longer time if we need make it with a new mould. Regarding to the bulk, the lead time is 30 days generally, but it depends on the quantity and what item you need also.

4.  How to pay the order and what is the payment terms?
You could pay it via our company bank account for large order and Paypal or West Union for small order or sample charges.
Advanced T/T or 30%deposit,70% balance before shipment.

5.  How to control the quality?
 Our QC will do the in-line and final inspection for each product according to the AQL standard. The defective products will be sorted out, then send you a detailed inspection report for approval before the shipping.

6.  How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
  For big quantity order, we suggest ship it by sea around 30 days and by air around 7 days. We usually send the small order or sample by courier, like DHL,TNT, UPS or FedEx with 3-5 days to arrive.

7.  How to deal with the faulty?
1>Our defective rate will be less than 3‰ since all items are produced in a very strict production control system.
2>For defective products, we will send you new ones or discussed between you and our company.
